Gold Silver Japan Co., Ltd. strives to provide high-quality products and services and to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the products we sell, in principle we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

However, in certain circumstances, we may accept returns as an exception. Returns are possible if the following conditions are met:

Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, please let us know within [5 days] of the date you received the item and we will send you the correct item and cover any additional shipping costs incurred.
