Important information (when using)
This service is a mechanism for the periodic purchase of physical silver bars and is not an investment product, savings account, or financial instrument. Monthly payments are applied to the purchase of physical silver and are not refundable in cash.
Silver shipments are based on standardized silver bar weights. If the remaining purchase amount is less than the next silver bar weight at the time of shipment, the remaining amount will be managed as GoldSilverJapan store points.
Store points are non-cash purchase credits that can only be used towards future purchases on GoldSilverJapan. They cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred, and do not represent ownership of fractional silver (divided silver). They are merely a practical mechanism for using small remaining amounts towards future physical silver purchases.
Since silver prices fluctuate depending on market conditions, the amount of silver allocated at the time of purchase is not fixed. Also, for safety management and operational reasons, we ask that you ship silver bars once a certain amount (equivalent amount) has been reached.
This program is aimed at those who want to acquire physical silver in an affordable and transparent manner, and is not intended for short-term trading or speculative purposes.

4. 毎月すぐに銀を所有することになりますか？
毎月のお支払いは、将来発送される物理銀バーの購入分に充当されます。
銀バーは、標準重量に達した時点でのみ発送されます。
発送前の段階では、端数の銀を所有しているわけではなく、
銀バー発送に向けた購入充当額として管理されます。
5. 毎月取得できる銀の量は一定ですか？
いいえ。
銀価格は日々変動するため、毎月充当される銀の量は一定ではありません。
購入時点の市場価格に基づいて計算されます。
6. 標準バー重量に満たない場合はどうなりますか？
銀の発送は、標準化された銀バー重量でのみ行われます。
発送後に、次のバー重量に満たない購入残額がある場合は、合理的な方法で処理されます。
実際の例：
例：
銀バー発送に相当する購入充当額が、40g分に達した場合。

残りの**8.9g相当分（40g − 31.1g）**は、次のバー重量に満たないため、以下のいずれかになります。
① 繰り越し

② ストアポイントへの変換
プログラムを停止した場合など、残額はGoldSilverJapanのストアポイントに変換され、今後のご購入に使用できます。

7. ストアポイントとは何ですか？
ストアポイントは、銀バー発送後やプログラム停止時に残った

8. 現金での返金はできますか？
いいえ。
毎月のお支払いは物理銀の購入に充当されるため、現金での返金はできません。
本プログラムでは、現金の引き出し、返金、買取保証は行っておりません。
9. 途中で停止（キャンセル）できますか？
はい。
いつでも、将来の月次購入を停止することができます。
停止した場合：

以降の請求は発生しません

発送可能な銀バーは発送されます

残った購入充当額はストアポイントに変換されます
10. 積み上げできる上限はありますか？
はい。
安全管理および運営上の理由から、購入充当額は
銀換算で最大1,000g相当までを上限としています。

残額はルールに従って処理されます。
11. 送料無料ですか？
はい。
本プログラムに基づく銀バー発送は、すべて送料無料・保険付きです。
